Mpoomy Ledwaba – CEO & Founder, Aneno Nail & Coffee Bar | Founder, Wisdom & Wellness
Mpoomy’s journey from a cleaning business to owning one of Johannesburg’s most vibrant nail bars is a testament to her resilience. Her Aneno Nail & Coffee Bar blends beauty and community, employing young women and fostering entrepreneurship. Mpoomy also founded Wisdom & Wellness, a movement that promotes holistic health through workshops, podcasts, and inspiring conversations.

At the creative helm of Ignited Woman, Bianca crafts powerful narratives that elevate youth voices. Her leadership in editorial content ensures the magazine’s stories resonate authentically with young South African women, inspiring and empowering through every word.
Sebabatso Tsaoane – Founder, Black Women Arise Women’s Health Foundation & Clinic
A registered nurse and social entrepreneur from the Free State, Sebabatso founded Black Women Arise to address critical gaps in women’s reproductive health. Her foundation offers mobile cervical cancer screenings and community workshops that destigmatize sexual health in rural areas. Sebabatso’s work has earned her numerous awards and recognition, while she continues to train future midwives and advocate for women’s wellness.
Mukondi Ralushayi – Co-Founder & CEO, Think Creative Africa
Mukondi is a powerhouse in South Africa’s advertising scene, having co-founded Think Creative Africa, an award-winning marketing agency. Her innovative campaigns and mentorship for young creatives, combined with her co-creation of the Milq wearable breast pump, demonstrate her commitment to creativity with impact.
Captain Londy Ngcobo – Founder & CEO, WoMaritime Experts | “The BLACKMERMAID”
Known as Africa’s first female dredge master, Captain Londy is a trailblazer in the maritime industry. Through WoMaritime Experts and her Global Maritime Youth initiative, she advocates for gender diversity and youth empowerment in ocean economies, inspiring countless young women to navigate new horizons.
Keketso Mokoena – Founder, KIM Global Capital Group
Keketso leads KIM Global Capital Group, an investment firm supporting SMEs across Southern Africa. She’s a fierce advocate for youth economic empowerment and female representation in finance, celebrated for her mentorship and leadership in the sector.
